Fortune11 Terms & Conditions

1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and Fortune11 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at fortune11.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any service provided through the Fortune11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by the User on the Fortune11 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts awarded to a User by Fortune11 under a specific promotion.
• "Platform" means the Fortune11 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at fortune11.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User using a payment method such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, or any other supported payment channel.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate a User's identity before processing withdrawals or when requested by the Company.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Fortune11 platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Fortune11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an Account.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You must not be a resident of or located in a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing this platform is unlawful.
4. You must not already hold an existing Account on the Fortune11 platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of Fortune11 or any of its associated companies, partners, or game studios, unless separate written consent has been granted.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and have not previously been excluded from the Fortune11 platform voluntarily or by decision of the Company.

4.Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is kept current and updated promptly should any details change.

Fortune11 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance held in the Account.

• Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts (whether in your own name or using the identity of another person) is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTP) with any third party.
• You must notify Fortune11 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Fortune11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

5.Deposits & Payments

Fortune11 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost e-Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Additional methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the User's own name. Fortune11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Fortune11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposits made in error by the User remain subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements unless otherwise determined at the Company's sole discretion.
• Fortune11 reserves the right to reject any deposit or request additional verification where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

6.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the User's Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Fortune11 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfers 30 minutes to 3 hours; USDT TRC20 withdrawals 15–60 minutes subject to network congestion.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the Company reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to processing.
• Fortune11 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 within any 30-day period.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

Fortune11 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as published on the Fortune11 platform at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Each promotion is available once per eligible User, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash value until all wagering conditions have been satisfied.
• Fortune11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where misuse is suspected or where terms have been materially breached.
• Players found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, exploiting bonus conditions in bad faith, or operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will have their bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.
• Birthday Bonus awards are tier-based: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). Eligibility is determined by the User's cumulative wagering tier at the time of their birthday and is subject to the specific Birthday Bonus terms and conditions.

8.Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Fortune11 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant sports market, casino game, or lottery draw. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or market.

• Fortune11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at erroneous odds, or placed using information not publicly available at the time of settlement.
• Bets are accepted subject to available betting limits. Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and may vary by game, market, and User tier.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, Fortune11 will endeavour to settle bets in accordance with the verified result. Where a verified result cannot be determined, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at the Company's discretion where data integrity or match integrity concerns arise.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account on the Fortune11 platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing artificial intelligence, automated betting bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Company.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities and failing to report them immediately to the Company.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer format.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the platform's back-end infrastructure, databases, or security systems.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy server to disguise your geographic location and access the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards Fortune11 support staff or other users.

10.Intellectual Property

All content available on the Fortune11 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trade marks, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Fortune11 or is licensed to Fortune11 by its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants any User a right or licence to use any of this content outside of normal platform use.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Fortune11 intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fortune11 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Fortune11 is not liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the use of incorrect payment details, failure to complete wagering requirements, or failure to respond to identity verification requests within prescribed timeframes.

12.Account Termination

Fortune11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where the Company determines in its sole discretion that a breach of these Terms has occurred or that continued Account activity presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Users.

Users may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, Fortune11 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation or, where the breach involves fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, to forfeit the Balance in its entirety.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights or property.
